For Sawyer's birthday, Sara and Ryan bought him a ticket to the Space and Rocket Center for the dinosaur museum. As you could see from his b'day pics....he is OBSESSED with dinosaurs, and still is! It was a great family day!

Swim Lessons - July 2011
Sawyer took swim lessons last summer, which was a complete F-A-I-L! Oh well....he had fun! He actually is showing an interest in the water this year, so I probably should have waited. I thought about letting him take them again, but going to swim lessons every morning, for two weeks (with a 2 yo in tow) just doesn't sound that appealing. ;)
Sawyer turned 4!
Last June, Sawyer turned 4! Where has the time gone?!?! It seems every birthday I ask myself the same thing! It seems like yesterday he was born, but then it also seems like he has been a part of my life forever!
He had a fun birthday, filled with family, friends, gifts, lots of sugar and a waterslide!
Happy 30th Birthday (one year late...ha!)
So last May, Matt celebrated his 30th birthday! I wanted to do something special for him, but knew he would absolutely DIE if I were to throw him a surprise party! He had been talking about how much he wanted us to get a camper so I rented one and had it all set up at the campground at Monte Sano State Park. He got home from work, and I just told him to get a shower and get packed. He didn't have clue! Even when we got to the park, he still wasn't sure what was going on. It was such a fun weekend and made us realize how much we wanted a camper. It took as a while to finally find exactly what we were looking for, but a few weeks ago, we finally found it and purchased it! We've already been to Joe Wheeler and Pigeon Forge and have a beach trip booked the beginning of August.
Here are some pics from last May.

Leaving Happy Days!
Last May was Sawyer's last year at Happy Day's before heading to Pre-K. I was so sad for him to leave Happy Days because we loved everyone there, but it was time to move on. ;*( They had their annual, end-of-year program which cute, as always! Mrs. Dawn was his teacher in the 3yo class, and she was so great with Sawyer, as were all the teachers and staff there! Ms. Karen, another teacher there e-mailed me over the summer and was asked if there was any way she could convince to send Sawyer there for Pre-K, but we felt it was best for him to go on to Walnut Grove. Here are some pics from the end-of-year program and the end-of-year picnic.
Where to begin?!?!
It's been over a year since I have blogged! My intentions were to update the blog for the kids, but I have failed! I'm going to try and back-track....so I'm just going to hit the highlights of our year.
Sutton turned 1!
As u can see, 3 days before Sutton turned 1, my nephew, Crosby Benton, was born. That's right.....4 boys under 4!! :)
